Throughout 2022, our vision was clear. We dedicated our time to discovering opportunities to help our clients grow, offering forward-thinking digital solutions to improve safety, product quality and operational excellence. We ensure this throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept, design, and manufacturing to sales and service delivery. Although a successful year, 2022 was demanding. So, let’s take a look at our year in review.  

What are you most proud of over the last year in business?

We challenged ourselves by creating digital innovative solutions that fit our customers’ needs – making a significant difference in our industry. We are incredibly proud of our experience and ability to develop these customer-based specific solutions. Our customers make us part of their family – they don’t just see us as consultants or vendors. We are part of their team, not just a third-party provider. We are also proud of watching our team grow this year. 

What are some highlights so far?

There were many highlights throughout the year, one of them being winning new customers across Australia, including Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Another outstanding highlight was winning a large contract in the Defence Industry. It was also great to see more traction from customers reaching out to us and wanting to work with us, as well as people wanting to join our team, which was a massive success for CAD-IT Australia. 

How does CAD-IT Australia challenge the status quo?

Unlike our competitors, we look at how our clients can get the most out of their existing equipment before buying new equipment. In the industry, there is a massive demand for specific digital solutions. Although demanding, we are always up for the challenge. It has been great finding solutions that really make a difference for the customer and where we can also differentiate ourselves from the competition specifically with our unique approach to add value – do more with less!

What are you looking forward to in the next year or so?

We are looking forward to learning more every day. Yes, there are challenging situations, but being a solid team, we work together and help manage those challenges, coming out stronger. Additionally, forming partnerships from every aspect is essential and something we look forward to in the coming year. As our industry strongly focuses on automation, we recognise the need for fast, scalable tools to manage product lifecycle and business process automation which is something we are excited to be part of. 

We want to be the one-stop shop for PLM and Industrial IoT for discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing in Australia. We hope in the next year, CAD-IT Australia will be the go-to for these sorts of initiatives, and if we can achieve that, then we have done well.
