Who do we need?
We require a Product Line Manager ALM and PLM (Life Science Industry) who can add significant value to our operation. At CAD-IT Australia, Digital Transformation initiatives of Life Science industries are the prime enabler of our growth strategy. The Product Line Manager will work hand in hand with the Managing Director and the Sales team to proactively deliver on business development and market expansion KPI’s.
Expectations & measures of success in this role:
- Demos, Training and Support: Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support to customers to showcase the value and functionality of our ALM and PLM solutions and our Frontline Operations Platform.
- Assist Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, provide product expertise, and support in closing deals by providing technical insights, participating in customer meetings, and delivering product presentations.
- Industry Events and Associations: Engage with relevant industry events and associations to stay updated with industry trends, network with potential customers, and represent the company to build its reputation and visibility in the life science industry.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with software vendors, technology companies, and other stakeholders in the life science industry to create a robust ecosystem of solutions and expand the company’s reach in the market.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Routine status reporting
- Organizing events, exhibitions and forums
- Provide content for our Digital Marketing Agency for website, campaigns and collaterals
- We are a small team, and we need a hands-on Product Line Manager who will do whatever it takes to guarantee success.
